Returns
Return Policy
We accept all unopened diapers within 30 days of delivery. Lil Mak Diaper is not responsible for shipping costs associated with any return orders; the customer solely incurs this cost. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept any open products. We encourage you to gift or donate opened products to friends or deserving families.
How to make a return
Please send us an email to hello@lilmakdiaperco.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and let us know why you would like to return your unopened product. You will receive your refund within 30 days of Lil Mak Diaper Co. receiving your product.
